“ Hey stranger. It looks like I am only going to plan a run once a week now. I will be switching it up. I have the IB beach run planned for next week, I'll plan Balboa after that, then maybe Coronado. I plan on making the Balboa track my norm for Tuesdays. Hope to see ya out there soon. ”

“ We ran 8 miles in Balboa and averaged 8:45 min/mile pace. That is including the resting time at the top of the bridge and the 1st slower lap. I think that is great! ”
