All Catan... all day

Gill's House

A day of playing board games and chilling with friends. For this event I'm looking to host a day of Catan for up to 16 people. Of course if there are more people I have other games to choose from. Chinese black tea and a mix of regular teas to choose from. I'll also have a veggie plater. If everyone brings something we should be good for snack for everyone. We can always order pizza if needed be as well. I have the following games: Starfarers of Catan (6 players) Settlers of Catan (6 players) Settlers of Catan (4 players) - in Chinese I have the following expansions: Cities and knights Seafearers Barbarians and traders Fishing Oil sands

Had a great time. Sorry I couldn't stay for the whole thing, but since I didn't get 100% on my exam, I probably should have left even earlier than I did.;)

I'm bringing 7-layer dip, triscuit thin crisps, and 2 bottles of pop. Pop isn't very cold, so hope there's ice there.

So, I'm one of those people without a smarrtphone so I won't be able to leave a message here when I'm ready to go. With that, my cellphone is [masked]. I'll be leaving work around 6:30-ish and training up to the ctrain station closest to Gill's. Someone mentioned they could probably pick me up so if that someone (or anyone, really) could text me at some point in the day so I can contact you later for help that'd be great @_@

  I'm gonna ask my boss if I can either have the day off or to get off work a couple hours early. but as it stands right now, I work until 6pm on sundays at sunridge mall. I think I can figure out how to transit to your place, it just might take a while with how slow transit is on sundays.

  Yeah a few of us are driving so whenever you are coming I'm sure one of us could pick you up at least at a transit stop or something. Gill lives in the middle of suburbia hell after all.

  Sima and I will get there sometime in the afternoon, hopefully earlier rather than later in the afternoon. Not sure how long it will take us to get there, though. Since neither Sima nor I have been there before, and to quote Stefane, "Gill lives in the middle of suburbia hell,";) it could take us a while. If I wasn't getting a ride, it would take so much longer that I don't know if I'd be able to make it, so thanks again, Sima!

The idea is for everyone to bring something. :-) if we all post here what we will bring we can make sure to not have 20l of pop and no food ;-) haha.... I'm bringing vegetables with dip

I have enough games that's not a problem ;-) ... Sorry about yesterday. The other two guys didn't play with you and the the guy who came a little late arrived just after you left... Normally it's a great friendly group and I was a little distracted with learning a new game... Won't happen again.
