I was thinking in throwing a Year End party in my condominium this year for the Geek Group. I will talk with the Building Management people this week and if the space is available and depending on the rent cost, we can throw the party, charge admission fees for entrance and any money beyond reantal and food could go to the Meetup Group Fund to pay for the website fees. The place can hold up to 50 people and if we charge $10 only per person it might be enough for everything. What u think?
