This is the story of some friends and friends-of-friends who wanted to meet new people. We decided it was a tragedy that so many other young professionals were in the same boat. Well guess what, people? We finally did something about it, and the Saturday Night Dinners were born. The Saturday Dinners take place once a month in members' homes all over the Twin Cities metro area. Each dinner has a unique theme, usually based around a type of food. Members each bring a dish along that theme to pass. If you want to meet great people and eat delicious food, then Saturday Night Dinner is perfect for you!

The Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Inver Grove Heights, MN has graciously invited us to dine in their venue and to also provide a free Salsa lesson.
Feel free to bring yourself and any friends who may be interested in not only learning a few dancing moves, but also to partake in our usual potluck style dinner.
