Bye bye summer, see you again! It was a great summer for everyone! I ahd a wonderful time and i am everyone else did as well. Lets get together to celebrate the spirit of summer and share our summer stories.
Friends, after last Dinner, its time for Mohit's Dinner party. Lets get together and share our stories of summer.
Mohit will be cooking goan fish curry. Its a coconut milk based curry and will be accompanied with rice. it comes from an exotic fishing community and beach destination in India. The region is know for its portugeese influence, churches, beaches and parties.

ABOUT MOHIT
Mohit is a trader working with cargill and trading in vegetable oils (that has a counter-relation to his cooking skills :)). He loves to play any sport that can physically/mentally challenge him and party as much as he can! Mohit moved to the twic cities (to US) about 5 months back, have had a ball of a time till now and is determined to face his first real winter! (Help!!)
