Circle of Friends December Meetup

Come join us! We will be discussing the events we have planned (golfing, bunko, bingo, bocce ball, bowling, etc.) as well as card games, board games etc. for the upcoming months. All of our Meetups will be scheduled for the 2nd Monday of the month.

In addition to socializing we hope that we will all enrich our lives with new friendships, women success stories and any ideas that you might have to make this the best Women's Meetup in the Bay Area.

There are some surprise speakers that we have asked to share their hobbies, successes and talents with you.

If you are interested in how to make gift bows for your holiday gifts, you won't want to miss our talented Roberta. She will surprise you with her many tricks and ideas.

TO COMMEMORATE VETERAN'S DAY, WE ARE GATHERING DONATIONS FOR CARE PACKAGES, WHICH WILL BE SENT TO our BRAVE MEN AND WOMEN SERVING IN THE UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES.

REQUESTED ITEMS: fun stuff, travel size board games, playing cards, NERF balls, yo-yo's, velcro darts, holiday decorations, hand held games, word game books, batteries (AA, C & D), hacky-sacks, jigsaw puzzles

BASIC NEEDS: hand warmers, zip lock baggies (all sizes), knit hats, paper, paperbacks, music CDs, fabric softener (to freshen boots), heavy white and black socks (cotton only), foot powder, small tablets, pencils, DVD's

INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED, SINGLE SERVING PACKAGES (not in a can): protein bars, cup-soup(s), oatmeal, malt-o-meal, microwave popcorn, tea bags, coffee creamers & sugar, breakfast drink mixes, cookies, instant breakfast, cream of wheat, trail mix, breath mints, granola bars, candy and CARDS, LETTERS & PHOTOS. Please do not seal letters or post. That will be done by volunteers. Please keep your message positive, thankful and mindful of what they are doing for their country. Tell them a little about yourself, where you live, what you do. Children can draw a picture or write a note themselves. Forgot to add cup of noodles.
