Monthly Meet-up is happening at the G/R/A/N/D in Stamford!

All right, for March our Monthly Meet-up Event happen to fall on the same day that the Stamford group is holding an event at the G/R/A/N/D, and we are going to join them! If anyone wants to car-pool, let me know in your comments.

The Maggy's event is postponed to the following week, Friday March 28th.

Dinner at g/r/a/n/d! - Meet at 7:00 - a chic, sleek nightspot with a Manhattan vibe that is restaurant first then a first-rate lounge. Chef Erin Tamburri's menu of small and large plate selections is compact but creative. (yes---those are truffles in the mac 'n' cheese and the hot crab dip is rich and zesty). Highly-recommended, g/r/a/n/d serves all-natural beef from Ridgefield Farms. Apres dinner, you can linger over a pot of chocolate fondue or lose yourself in the vibrant mix of the drinking crowd.

This is the perfect evening drinking spot: classy, yet noisy and electric enough to take the pressure off. Beautiful, boisterous Gen-Xers congregate around the first floor bar, on cozy couches in dark corners, and along the glass-railed balcony, on level with the DJ, who keeps the place pulsating until closing time Thursdays through Saturdays. It's a perfect vantage point for observing the crowds and the colorful, computer-controlled lighting effects that perpetually morph the mood.

Please bring cash for dinner. Entrees range from $25 to $45.
