The purpose of this group is to help Western expats in Kuwait meet each other.   Different events will be organized for socializing.   If you're new or not so new in Kuwait and would like to meet other western expats join us.

… People over and under the age limit are welcome to listen and join the meetings and gatherings, family and friends are welcome during all meetings, but all scheduled activities are for participating members only)   

FOJIK happens because we continue to meet so many lovers of the Caribbean island of Jamaica here in Kuwait, neighboring Gulf countries and from the Middle East. We hope to galvanize these interest as we facilitate environments where fellow Jamaican expats and admirers alike can meet once per month for anything Jamaica. This group is opened to anyone here in Kuwait that has a passion for the beautiful island of Jamaica and it's dynamic culture.
