This is a very friendly running group. Every Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:30, the group meets up at Runners Grove. From there, the group splits up into smaller groups of runners depending on distance and pace. Distances vary between 3 and 6 miles. Paces vary between 6:30-11 minute miles.
