… Last year a few of my friends and I decided to have a weight loss challenge and I've lost about 75lbs in the last year and I attribute that to having a group of people that were on the same journey, having a system to follow, and supportive coaching! As i embark to lose those last 2 dress sizes I thought it would be fun to find some other people who are working towards the same thing and share this system.

The Greater Lafayette Area Mom's Group (or GLAMs for short, isn't that neat?) is a fabulous mix of married, single, stay-at-home and working moms from Lafayette, West Lafayette, Delphi, Battle Ground and surrounding areas.
