Welcome to all ladies 20s-30s who are looking to make new friends and get in shape! Ready to get in shape, but don't have anyone to workout with? Let's get together and start moving! Walks on the beach, jogs around the neighborhood, a tennis match, or anything else that will keep us moving and have fun doing it together. Open to all fitness levels, but focused on us average girls who are trying to make a change!

This group will get together once per month in Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach for dinner. The whole idea is for people to get together and meet some new people over dinner.
